We have years of AIRBNB hosting achieving AIRBNB SuperHost as well as have travelled around the world using AIRBNB / Booking.com etc renting houses understanding the delicate relationship between host and guest. We understand the marketplace and use alternative booking agencies like AIRBTC to host our properties.

We can assist in short term rental planning and execution.

We have owned many houses and property types around the world so we have extensive knowledge on what to look for when purchasing a property as well as understand the building costs associated with fixing up and/or renovating a property purchase in the USA as well as Portugal. We can advise on overseas purchases affording the buyer the opportunity to understand what they are actually aquiring if unable to be physically present or need assistance in these matters when physically present. We even have excellent real estate agents in the USA and Portugal we use that can facilitate your process smoothly as well as real estate legal representation.
